Build a Flow with AI
Describe the task in plain words and let the model draft the steps — optionally walking the real pages first, so every step has run once.

You describe what the Flow should do, in a sentence or two, and a model drafts the steps for you. The draft is saved as a new Flow and opened in the editor. Nothing runs on its own until you press Run.

✨ Draft one#
- In the left sidebar, under Operate, click Flows.
- Click ✨ Generate with AI. The dialog is titled ✨ Generate a flow.
- In the box, write what it should do — for example Open example.com, search for "blue widgets", and read the first result's title into a variable.
- Pick how much the model gets to see (the three modes are below).
- Choose the profile to open the pages with, and a start URL if the description does not contain one.
- Click Generate.
The new Flow opens with its name already set. If the model left anything doubtful, the run-log area lists it under The AI draft opened. Worth checking: — read that before your first run.

Walk the journey is the default when you have at least one profile, and it is the one to use for sign-ins and anything multi-step. With no profiles, Don't look is the only mode available.
🔒 Walking safely#
Two checkboxes appear for Walk the journey:
- Allow steps that can't be undone — create accounts, pay, agree, post, send (off). Left off, the walk stops when the next thing it would do cannot be taken back, writes the remaining steps unseen and says so in the Flow's Notes.
- Show the browser (off). Off, the walk runs without a window.
A walk really does act on the pages
It clicks and types as it goes, on the profile you picked. Point it at a throwaway account the first time, and leave Allow steps that can't be undone off unless you mean it.
While it works, a sheet titled ✨ Walking the journey shows each page as it is read. Cancel stops it. At the end: Walked and verified "{name}" — {n} pages, every step ran, or a line saying where it stopped. The profile's browser closes when the walk ends.
Limits worth knowing:
- Up to 15 pages per walk, and one walk at a time.
- It uses the profile's saved logins (
${account.email},${account.password},${account.totp}) when a page asks to sign in — see Saved logins and 2FA codes. - For a sign-up it generates a persona (a name, a username, a date of birth and a password) and saves it into the Flow's variables. It never invents a phone number, a card, an ID or an address — those stop the walk.
- It will never suggest a way around a CAPTCHA, an SMS code or an ID check. If it gets stuck it asks you, in the same card runs use: When a Flow gets stuck.
🪄 Change a Flow you already have#
Open the Flow and click ✨ Refine in the toolbar. Describe the change — e.g. after the search, click the first result and screenshot it — and click Rewrite. The model rewrites that Flow and it opens for you to review before anything runs. That costs 1 AI action, plus 1 if the rewrite needs a correction round.

🤖 Which model does the work#
By default, LoginDeck's own model, paid for out of the AI actions in your plan. You can point it at your own Anthropic or OpenAI-compatible key instead, or at a CLI you already have installed — then it is not metered by LoginDeck at all. The AI settings link at the bottom of the Generate dialog is where you change it, and the line beside it tells you what is in use and how many actions you have left. See LoginDeck AI actions.
ℹ️ Good to know#
- An empty description gets you Describe the flow first.
- Look and Walk need a profile that is free: "{flow}" is running on this profile — wait for it, or pick another profile, or this profile is open on another computer — pick another, or take it over first.
- Firefox profiles cannot be opened by Look or Walk. Use a Chromium profile.
- The pages the model looks at are read in memory and never stored. Typed-in values are not sent — a password box's contents are never part of what the model sees.
- A draft is a draft. Read the steps, fix the obvious, then run it once on a profile you do not mind.
