Change a proxy's IP
Save your provider's rotate link with the proxy, then press ⇄ on a profile row to ask for a new address and watch it land.

Many residential and mobile plans give you a URL that asks for a new address — a "link to change IP". Save it with the proxy and LoginDeck can call it for you and then tell you what the new exit is.
🔗 Save the rotate link#
- In the left sidebar, click Proxies.
- Click the proxy's name to edit it.
- Paste your provider's URL into Change IP.
- Click Save.
You can also put it at the end of an import line, in square brackets:

There is no rotate button on the Proxies page — rotation happens where it matters, on a profile.
- Go to All profiles.
- In that profile's Proxy & Location cell, click ⇄ ("Change IP — call this proxy's rotate link").
- Wait. LoginDeck calls the link, then asks the exit for its address for up to 45 seconds.
What you get back:
- New exit — {address} ({city}, {country}) — done.
- Rotate requested — still on {address}. Some plans rotate on their own timer. — the link was called and accepted, but the address had not moved by the time LoginDeck stopped asking. Some plans change on a schedule rather than on demand.
The button is dimmed when there is nothing to rotate, and its tooltip says why: This saved proxy has no rotate link (add one in Proxies) or A one-off proxy has no rotate link.
📱 Rotating a phone#
If the profile is bound to a phone, ⇄ tells the phone to cycle its mobile data instead. The row shows (changing IP) with an amber tile while it happens, and the new address lands within about 30 seconds. Rotation options — how long the radio stays detached, whether to keep trying until the address really moves, a timer, a minimum gap — live on the phone's Settings button in Proxy devices: Use an Android phone as a mobile proxy.

⚠️ When not to rotate#
An account that logs in from a new city every session looks like an account that is travelling in a way people do not. For anything you log into repeatedly, keep a static exit and leave the rotate link for scraping, sign-ups and address problems.
Also worth knowing: on a profile whose exit can move on its own — a bound phone, or a saved proxy with a rotate link — LoginDeck does not advertise the exit address in WebRTC candidates, because an address that has since changed would contradict the connection. See WebRTC and IP leaks.
ℹ️ Good to know#
- Rotating stores the new exit on every profile that uses that proxy the next time each one is checked or launched.
- With Timezone → Match the exit IP (the default), the clock follows the new address at the next launch.
- A rotation does not change anything about the profile itself — same fingerprint, same cookies, same logins.
