Cancel your subscription
Cancel in the billing portal, keep your plan to the end of the period you paid for, and keep every profile afterwards.
On this page
You cancel in the billing portal, and nothing happens straight away: your plan runs to the end of the period you've already paid for.
Cancelling is not the same as closing your account
Cancelling stops the subscription. Your account, your profiles and your sync stay β on Free limits. If you want the account and its synced records removed entirely, that's Close your account instead.
π Cancel#
- In the left sidebar, click Billing.
- Under Current plan on the right, click Manage billing. Your browser opens the page headed LoginDeck billing.
- Choose to cancel your subscription there, and confirm.
- Come back to LoginDeck and press Refresh.
The status line under Current plan then reads "Cancelled. Your plan stays until 12 Oct 2026." Until that date, nothing about your plan changes.
If you change your mind before the date, open Manage billing again and resume the subscription.
π What happens on the date#
Your account moves to Free limits: 10 profiles, 2 computers, no team members, no cookie and session sync.
Nothing is deleted. Specifically:
- Profiles over the limit are locked, not removed. The 10 you launched most recently stay open; the rest keep their fingerprints, proxies and logins and can be edited, tagged, moved and deleted β just not opened. Resubscribe and they open again exactly as they were.
- Team members are blocked, most recent joiners first, but the roster is kept. Subscribing again lets them back in without re-inviting anyone.
- No new computer can join while more than 2 are on the account. The ones already on it keep working, and a computer drops off the list 30 days after it was last used.
- Cookie and session sync stops. Sessions already on the server are kept; no new ones go up.
- Your AI allowance drops to the free amount, a one-off 20 actions that doesn't reset. It counts every action the account has ever used, so after a paid plan there are usually none left.
- Your invoices stay available. The status line becomes "Your subscription has ended. Invoices are still available."
There's more detail on locking in Upgrade or change your plan.
π§Ή Before you cancel, if you're going to Free#
It's worth spending five minutes so the right ten profiles are the open ones:
- Open the profiles you want to keep using. The choice of which stay unlocked is automatic and based on what you launched most recently, and there's no way to pick manually.
- Export anything you want a copy of. Locked profiles can't be exported, so do it while you're still on a paid plan. See Back up profiles to a file and import them again.
- Export cookies from profiles that matter, for the same reason. See Import and export cookies.
- Tell your team, if you have members β they'll lose access to the workspace on the date.
π° Money back#
Our terms are on the refund page. For a refund question, email support@logindeck.com with your order number.
βΉοΈ Good to know#
- Your profiles are files on your own disk. Cancelling doesn't reach onto your computer, and neither does letting a plan lapse.
- A failed renewal isn't a cancellation. Your plan stays on while the card is retried. See Invoices, receipts and your card.
- Plan changes aren't cancellations either. Moving to a cheaper plan is a change, and the unused time becomes credit on your next bill. Cancelling gets you no credit β you just keep what you paid for until it runs out.
- Only the account owner can cancel. Members see "member β the workspace owner manages billing".
β Common questions#
Do I lose my profiles when I cancel?
No. Everything stays. Profiles over the Free limit are locked until you subscribe again, and then they open exactly as they were.
Do I get a refund for the rest of the month?
Cancelling doesn't refund the remainder β you keep the plan until the period you paid for ends. See the refund policy for the cases where a refund applies.
Can I cancel and come back later?
Yes. Subscribe again from the Billing page whenever you like, and your locked profiles open back up.
Will my team members lose their work?
They lose access to your workspace. Anything already synced to their computers stays on their computers.
Can I cancel from inside the app?
The button is Manage billing on the Billing page, which opens the portal in your browser β that's where cancelling happens.
How do I stop LoginDeck charging me but keep my data online?
That's exactly what cancelling does. Your synced records stay on the server; Free-limit rules apply to them.
