Change many profiles at once
Select profiles and run, stop, warm up, move, tag, repoint the proxy, clear cache, export or delete all of them together.

Anything you'd do to one profile, you can usually do to fifty. Tick the rows you want and a bar appears at the bottom of the screen with every bulk action on it. The buttons are icons: hover over one to see its name.
✅ Select the profiles#
- Tick the box at the start of each row.
- To select everything currently shown, tick the box in the table header. It only ticks the rows that pass your search, folder and tag filters, so you can search first and then select the matches.
- A folder's ⋯ menu has Select all 12 in folder, and a tag's menu has Select all 12 in tag.
The bar at the bottom shows how many are selected. Clear selection (the last button) unticks everything.

| Set proxy | Points them all at the same saved proxy. |
| Extensions | Assigns or removes extensions from your library. |
| Export | Saves their settings to a file. See Back up profiles to a file. |
| Delete | Moves them to Recently deleted. |
▶️ Run or stop a batch#
Click Run. Profiles start one at a time so your computer isn't swamped. At the end you'll see a summary such as "Started 12" or "Started 11, 1 failed" with the first reason.
- Profiles locked by your plan are skipped, and the summary says "1 locked skipped".
- A profile that's open on another computer counts as a failure. Take it over from its own row, where you can read who has it. See When someone else has a profile open.
📁 Move, tag and assign#
Move to folder shows where the profiles are now ("Currently spread across 3 folders"), you pick the Folder, then click Move. Nothing else about the profiles changes.
Tags is a tick list with three states, so a mixed selection stays honest:
- on all: every selected profile has it.
- on 3 of 12: some do. Leave the box alone and it stays that way.
- empty: none do.
Tick to add, untick to remove, type new tags in Add new, then click Apply. Only the boxes you actually change are applied.
Extensions works the same way, with a tick per library extension. Firefox profiles keep the assignment but don't load extensions. See Add extensions to profiles.
🌐 Set one proxy on many profiles#
Click Set proxy, pick from Saved proxy (or No proxy (direct)), then click Apply.
One exit for all of them
Every selected profile will use that exit address. That's fine for a rotating residential plan. It's wrong for accounts that must look unrelated to each other, because they'd all be browsing from one address.
Only saved proxies can be set in bulk. One-off URLs and phones are set per profile. If you have no saved proxies yet, you'll see "No saved proxies yet — add one under Proxies first". See Add a proxy.
Changing the proxy clears the location LoginDeck had recorded for those profiles. It's measured again the next time they're checked or opened.
🧹 Clear cache on many profiles#
Click Clear cache, then Clear cache in the dialog. Cached images, scripts and GPU data go; cookies, logins and the fingerprint stay. Open profiles are skipped, and the dialog says how many. When it's done you'll see how much space was freed, for example "Freed 1.42 GB". See Tabs, sessions and clearing a profile's cache.
🗑️ Delete many profiles#
Click Delete. The dialog lists up to six names, then "…and 4 more", and says how many are running and will be stopped. Click Move to bin.
They keep their cookies and logins and can be restored for 30 days. See Delete and restore profiles.
ℹ️ Good to know#
- Bulk actions never touch fingerprints. There's no way to apply one machine to a selection, because that would make your profiles look like one computer.
- Locked profiles are skipped by Run and left out of Export, but they can still be moved, tagged and deleted.
- You can also drag a selection onto a folder or a tag tab to move or tag all of it at once.
