LoginDeck refuses a few things when your plan is at its limit. None of those refusals deletes anything. This page lists the exact messages and what each one means.

Plan numbers are on the pricing page and in Plans and what each one includes.

🧱 "Free is full"#

A dialog with your plan's name in the title β€” Free is full, Pro is full, Team is full β€” appears when you try to create a profile you have no room for.

The body says the numbers:

Free covers 10 profiles and you have 10.

Nothing has been deleted, and the profiles you have keep working. Delete one you no longer use, or move up a plan.

Creating several at once names the arithmetic instead: "Free covers 10 profiles; 8 + 5 would be 13." If some of your profiles are locked, the first line reads "…and you have 8 in use, plus 2 locked".

What to do: press See plans to open the in-app Billing page, or delete a profile you no longer need. A deleted profile frees its slot straight away β€” but note that emptying it from the bin is not required, and restoring one takes the slot back.

Which actions hit this

Only things that make a new profile: + New Profile, batch create, Duplicate, importing from a file, and restoring from Recently deleted. Editing a profile is never refused.

Restoring a profile from Recently deleted while you are at the limit shows the same sentence as a plain red toast rather than this dialog.

πŸ” "This profile is locked"#

You see this after moving to a smaller plan. It is a dialog, and the profile row shows a lock button where Run used to be.

Free covers 10 profiles, so the 10 you used most recently stay open and the other 4 are locked.

Nothing has been deleted. Locked profiles keep their fingerprints, proxies and logins, but they can't be opened, exported or copied. Move up a plan and they open again, exactly as they were.

Above the profile list a banner says the same thing: "Free covers 10 profiles, so your 10 most recently used are open. The other 4 are locked, not deleted." with a See plans button.

How LoginDeck picks which ones stay open#

The profiles you launched most recently stay open. Profiles you have never launched rank after every launched one, and among those the most recently edited comes first. There is no way to choose by hand.

What a locked profile can and can't do#

Still worksRefused
Edit, renameRun (from the list, Flows, warm-up, the API and the fingerprint check)
Move to folder, tags, notesExport to a file
DeleteDuplicate
Cookie importCookie export
Stop, if it was already running when the plan changed

Deleting an open profile does not unlock a locked one β€” it only frees a slot for a new profile. Only a plan change unlocks. Move back up and every locked profile opens exactly as it was.

Where else you'll see it:

  • The row's Status column reads locked, and the lock button's tooltip is "Locked by your plan. Click for details".
  • The β‹― menu's first item becomes Locked. See why….
  • Run on a selection reports "Started 12, 2 locked skipped".
  • Export on a selection reports "Exported 12 to {file}. 2 locked profiles were left out".

☁️ Messages from the server about sync#

These arrive from the LoginDeck server rather than the app, so they appear as a red toast on the Account page or after a sync.

  • "14 profiles, and Free covers 10. Delete a few or move up a plan β€” nothing already synced has been touched." Your computer holds more profiles than the plan covers. They are still on this computer; they just don't reach the server. This is the same ceiling as Free is full, seen from the other side.
  • "this would put 310 MB in sync, and Free covers 250 MB. Clear a few browser sessions or move up a plan β€” nothing already synced has been touched." Session storage, not profile count. Clear a profile's cache or session to free space: Tabs, sessions and clearing a profile's cache.

πŸ‘₯ Messages about team members#

  • "Free does not include team members. Pro and up can invite people."
  • "Pro covers 3 team members. Move up a plan to add another."

Cancelling an outstanding invite does not free a seat; only members on the roster count. See Invite people to your team.

πŸ’» "Computer limit reached"#

That one blanks the whole window rather than showing a dialog, and it has its own page: "Computer limit reached".

πŸ€– Messages about LoginDeck AI#

The AI allowance is counted per account and the message says which ceiling you reached.

  • "You have used the 20 AI actions that come with the free plan. Move to a paid plan for a monthly allowance, or add your own model key in AI settings." The free 20 are a total, not a monthly allowance β€” they never come back.
  • "You have used all 1000 AI actions in your Pro plan this month. They come back on 1 Oct 2026. Move up a plan for more, or add your own model key in AI settings."
  • "That is 250 AI actions today, the daily ceiling on Pro β€” it resets at midnight UTC. Add your own model key in AI settings to keep going now." A day cap of a quarter of the monthly allowance stops one runaway batch spending the month. Waiting until midnight UTC clears it.

Adding your own model key sidesteps all three, and your key is not counted against anything. See LoginDeck AI actions and using your own model.

πŸ™‹ "only the account owner can change the plan"#

You are signed in as a team member, in someone else's workspace. Billing belongs to the owner. Switch back to your own workspace to see your own plan: Join a team and switch workspaces.

ℹ️ Good to know#

  • Nothing is ever deleted for a plan reason. Profiles, fingerprints, proxies, cookies and logins are kept. Every one of these messages is a refusal to add or open, not a removal.
  • A plan change applies immediately, on every computer you are signed in on. Press Refresh on the Billing page if it hasn't shown up yet.
  • Offline, the last limits the server gave are used. A plan you just bought on another machine won't apply here until this one reaches the server.
  • If a message names a number that doesn't match what you're paying for, press Refresh on Billing first, then email support@logindeck.com with a screenshot: Contact support.
