🔎Search, sort and choose columns

With a few hundred profiles, finding the right one fast matters. The profile list has a search box, sortable columns and a column chooser, and it remembers your layout on each computer.

🔎 Search#

1. In the left sidebar, click All profiles.
2. Click the Search profiles… box at the top right, or press Ctrl+F (⌘+F on a Mac).
3. Type part of what you're looking for. The list filters as you type.

Search looks at a profile's:

• name and notes
• folder and tags
• proxy name
• exit IP address, country and city

So typing 185.12 finds every profile exiting from that range, and typing Toronto finds every profile whose proxy exits there.

Search works inside whatever folder and tag you've picked. If a profile you expect is missing, click All profiles in the folder column and All tags above the list. The line under the list, "Showing 12 of 240 profiles", tells you how many match.

↕️ Sort#

Click a column heading to sort by it. Click it again to reverse the order. You can sort by:

Notes and Tags can't be sorted. To group by tag, click the tag's tab instead. See Tags and notes.

Updated and Launched show times such as "5m ago" or "3d ago". Hover over one to see the exact time.

🧱 Choose and order columns#

1. Click Columns, next to the search box.
2. Tick or untick the columns you want. The menu stays open, so you can change several at once. Name is always shown.
3. Click anywhere else to close the menu.

• Reorder: drag a column heading left or right.
• Resize: drag the right edge of a heading.
• Start over: Columns → Reset columns.

The columns you can show are Run / Stop, Status, Notes, Proxy & Location, Folder, Tags, Updated, Launched and Created.

📏 Fit more rows on screen#

In the bar at the top of the app, click Compact rows (the icon next to the bell) to make every row shorter. Click it again to go back.

🔄 Refresh the list and proxy locations#

The Refresh button in the top bar reloads the list and checks every proxy your profiles use, so the Proxy & Location column shows where each one exits right now. While it works, hovering over it shows "Checking proxies — 3/8". When it's done you'll see a summary such as "Refreshed — 40 profiles across 8 proxies".

ℹ️ Good to know#

• Column choices, widths, the order of your tag tabs and Compact rows are saved on this computer only. Your other computers keep their own layout.
• The Status column shows what a profile is doing right now: running, ready, locked, or 🔒 with another computer's name when it's open there. You can't set it yourself. Use tags for your own stages.
• The header checkbox ticks only the rows currently shown, so you can search, tick all, then act on just the matches. See Change many profiles at once.
