🛒 Buying#

How do I buy a plan?

In the left sidebar, click Billing, pick a plan and a term, then press Subscribe. Checkout opens in your own browser with your account's email already filled in.

When the payment clears, the plan applies to your account on every computer you're signed in on. Press Refresh on the Billing page if it hasn't appeared yet. Nothing to reinstall. See Upgrade or change your plan.

Is there a free trial?

No. The Free plan is the trial: 10 profiles, 2 computers, no card, no expiry, and 20 LoginDeck AI actions to try. It doesn't run out.

See The free plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards, through Stripe. Crypto payment is coming.

See Payment methods.

What will the charge look like on my statement?

The charge comes from the merchant of record named on the Stripe checkout page — Balmer Island Media Inc. — not from a name you won't recognise.

Can I pay for a longer term and save?

Yes. Three terms: Monthly, 6 months (30% off) and Yearly (40% off). The longer terms are billed once, up front.

PlanMonthly6 monthsYearly
Pro$29 / month$20 / month, billed $120$17 / month, billed $204
Team$79 / month$55 / month, billed $330$47 / month, billed $564

Custom starts at $149 a month and is sized to the number of profiles and people you need.

I have a promo code. Where does it go?

On the Stripe checkout page, under Add promotion code. There's no coupon box inside the app.

Can a team member buy or change the plan?

No — "only the account owner can change the plan". Billing belongs to whoever owns the workspace. A member sees the status line member — the workspace owner manages billing.

Can I buy a plan for fewer than 100 profiles?

Free covers 10 and Pro covers 100; there's nothing in between on sale today. Above Pro, Team covers 300 and Custom is sized in steps from 750 up to 10,000.

🔀 Changing plans#

How do I upgrade?

Billing → pick the bigger plan → Change plan. Checkout opens at the new price and is charged now. When it clears, the new plan replaces the old one and the unused time on the old one comes off your next bill as credit.

The new plan applies immediately, not at your next renewal.

How do I downgrade?

The same way — pick the smaller plan and go through checkout. It also takes effect immediately, with credit for the time you'd already paid for.

Before you do: profiles over the new limit get locked, not deleted. Read "Free is full", locked profiles and other plan messages first so the result isn't a surprise.

Can I change my plan in the Stripe portal?

No. The portal handles invoices, your card, your billing details and cancelling. Plan changes happen on the app's Billing page.

Where did my credit go?

It sits on your Stripe customer record and comes off the next invoice — it isn't refunded to your card. On a yearly term the next invoice may be a year away. Stripe usually finalises the credit about an hour after the change.

🧾 Invoices and your card#

How do I get an invoice or receipt?

Billing → Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal, where every invoice is listed and downloadable. You can also add a company name, address and tax ID there so they appear on future invoices.

See Invoices, receipts and your card.

How do I change my card?

Manage billing → update the payment method. Press Refresh on the Billing page afterwards.

"this account has no subscription to manage"

Manage billing only works once you've paid by card at least once. On the Free plan there's no Stripe customer to open a portal for.

When is my next charge?

The Billing page says, under Current plan: "Renews 14 Nov 2026." Cancelled subscriptions read "Cancelled. Your plan stays until 14 Nov 2026."

Why does my Account page say "$29 / month" when I pay yearly?

That line shows the plan's list monthly price, not the price you're paying. Your real term and amount are on the Billing page and on your Stripe invoice.

⚠️ When payment fails#

"Your last payment did not go through. Update your card to keep this plan."

Stripe couldn't charge your card and is retrying. Your plan stays on while it retries — nothing is locked yet.

Press Manage billing, update the card, and the next retry succeeds. If the retries run out, Stripe cancels the subscription and the plan comes off.

If I can't pay on time, do I lose my data?

No. Nothing is deleted for a billing reason, ever.

When a paid plan ends the account goes back to Free. Profiles over the Free limit are locked — they keep their fingerprints, proxies, cookies and logins and can be edited, tagged and moved, but can't be opened, exported or duplicated. Paying again unlocks them exactly as they were.

I paid but the app still shows my old plan.

Press Refresh on the Billing page. Left alone, the app re-reads your plan every 15 minutes, and whenever you open the Account page.

If it's still wrong after a refresh, email support@logindeck.com with the order number from your receipt.

I paid on the wrong account.

Email support@logindeck.com from the address you paid with, with the order number and the address the plan should be on.

🚪 Cancelling and refunds#

How do I cancel?

Billing → Manage billing → cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then ends and the account returns to Free.

See Cancel your subscription.

Does cancelling refund me?

No. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund the period you're in.

Can I get a refund?

There's a published policy rather than a case-by-case answer: logindeck.com/refund. Email support@logindeck.com from the address on your account, with your order number.

What happens to my profiles if I stop paying?

They stay on your computer. Nothing is deleted. Profiles over the Free limit are locked until a plan covers them again, and cookie and session sync stops — sessions already on the server are kept.

Your profile records, proxies, tags and Flows keep syncing, because sync of those is included on Free.

👥 Plans and teams#

Does each team member need their own subscription?

No. The owner pays, and members work in the owner's workspace on the owner's plan. Members don't need a paid plan of their own.

What does catch people out: members' computers count against the owner's computer limit. A Pro owner with 3 members is 4 computers on a 3-computer plan. See How teams work.

Do team members count against my profile limit?

Members share the workspace's profiles, so there's one pool, counted once. Seats are counted separately: Pro includes 3 members, Team 10, Custom 25 and up.

Does my plan work on all my computers?

Up to your plan's computer limit — Free 2, Pro 3, Team 10, Custom 25 — and a computer stops counting 30 days after it was last used. See "Computer limit reached".
