A quick tour of the app
What each part of the LoginDeck window does: the sidebar, the folder column, the profile table and the buttons in the top bar.

LoginDeck has one window with three parts: a sidebar on the left, a top bar, and whatever page you're on in the middle. This page names everything, so the rest of the help center can point at it.
🧱 The sidebar#
At the very top is the split button New Profile. The wide half opens the profile editor. The caret beside it ("More ways to add profiles") offers three things: Add multiple profiles with a number box, Edit default profile settings, and Import profiles.
Below that, the pages are grouped:

At the foot sit Recently deleted ("Profiles you deleted, recoverable for 30 days") and Settings.
The « button collapses the sidebar to a strip of icons, and the icons keep their tooltips.
One feature, three names
Sync Actions in the sidebar opens a page titled Synchronized Actions, and the top bar calls it Synchronizer. They are the same thing: Drive many profiles at once.
🗂️ The folder column#
On the profile list only, a narrow column sits between the sidebar and the table:
- Find a folder searches your folder names.
- + makes a new folder.
- « collapses the column; a folder icon ("Show folders") brings it back.
- Rows are All profiles, one row per folder, and Unfiled — which only appears while some profiles have no folder.

📋 The profile table#
The middle of the window is one row per profile. The header has the page title All profiles with your total, a Columns button ("Choose and order columns") and a search box, Search profiles…. The footer shows how many rows the current filters leave, plus the app version.
Each row carries:
- Name — click it to rename the profile in place. There's no double-click that opens the editor; that's the ⋯ menu → Edit.
- Run / Stop — starts and stops the browser. On Windows a Show button appears beside Stop to bring the window forward.
- Status — what the profile is doing right now:
running,ready,locked, a padlock with a computer's name when another machine has it open, or a warm-up or Sync Actions state. It isn't a label you set. - Notes — click to type, Enter saves.
- Proxy & Location — the proxy, its exit country and IP, with buttons to re-check the exit and to rotate the IP.
- Folder and Tags — click either to move or tag the profile.
- Updated, Launched and Created — times, with the exact timestamp on hover.
- ⋯ — everything else for that one profile.
Press Ctrl+F (⌘F on a Mac) to jump to the search box. Tick several rows and a dock appears at the bottom with the actions that make sense for a group. See Search, sort and choose columns and Change many profiles at once.
🔝 The top bar#
The left of the top bar names the page you're on. The right holds, in order:

| Bell "Notifications" | Release notes for each new version and update alerts. A red dot means something is unread; opening the panel marks everything read. Mark all read and Clear are inside. |

| Account chip | Your email and your role — Owner, or "in someone's workspace" when you're working in a team workspace. Click it to open the Account page. |
⌨️ Worth knowing#
- Esc closes menus, dialogs and the system-info panel.
- On a row, Enter saves an inline rename and Esc cancels it. In the Notes cell, Shift+Enter adds a line.
- Windows has no menu bar. On a Mac the standard Edit menu is there for copy and paste.
The search box shows a "⌘K" hint
Ignore it — it's decorative. The shortcut that works is Ctrl+F on Windows and ⌘F on a Mac.
ℹ️ Good to know#
- Only one copy of LoginDeck runs at a time. Opening it again brings the existing window forward.
- On Windows, closing the window quits LoginDeck and closes every profile browser it opened. On a Mac, LoginDeck stays in the Dock until you quit it.
- Appearance, column choices, compact rows and profile defaults are saved on this computer, not on your account. Change them per machine. See App settings.
